The Nabholz Properties family is mourning the loss of Katherine Elizabeth “Kathy” Denys, who passed away Sept. 9, 2026.
Kathy was a stockholder in Nabholz Properties and, most importantly, a beloved member of the Nabholz family. She was the granddaughter of Bob and Barbara Nabholz, daughter of Susan Nabholz Denys, and sister of fellow stockholder Amanda Denys. Kathy especially loved spending time with her family at the Nabholz family farm.
Those who knew Kathy will remember her generous heart, creativity, and joyful spirit. She loved bringing people together and making special moments even more memorable. Whether she was helping with a family celebration, a school event, or her favorite tradition of Christmas decorating, Kathy brought energy and enthusiasm to everything she did.
Kathy was also a devoted member of the St. Joseph Church and School community in Conway and one of the biggest supporters of the St. Joseph Bulldogs. She was always willing to help and had a special way of making people feel loved and cared for.
Above all, Kathy’s greatest joy was being a mother to her daughter, Isabella. She was Isabella’s biggest cheerleader and advocate, and their special bond was clear to everyone who knew them.
Kathy leaves behind a legacy of family, faith, generosity, and love. Our thoughts and prayers are with Isabella, Susan, Amanda, and all of Kathy’s family and friends.
She will be deeply missed and always remembered as part of the Nabholz Properties family.
