Greg Nabholz, CEO

Greg Nabholz is CEO of Nabholz Properties and is also the principal broker for Sperry Van Ness-Nabholz Properties. Greg has been with the firm since 1990. Greg graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate in 1988 and a master’s in business administration in 1990. He is a native of Conway and graduated from St. Joseph High School.Greg is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the Faulkner County Board of Realtors, Arkansas Realtors Association, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Congress of New Urbanism.
